I'm a mom, wife and small business owner in Berkshire County, MA. My journey with health and fitness has led me to find my passion: serving others by helping them live to their truest potential and living their best quality of life. After going through several hardships through the years, including the day I delivered our first daughter at 24 weeks in June of 2017, at 25 I was diagnosed with post par-tum depression. This is where my journey began, becoming a personal trainer.

I began studying with the American Counsel on Exercise a few months into to my personal journey. From there I practiced writing programs for myself, becoming my own testimony. I fell in love with the transformation process, and while doing so I lost 20lbs. I even trained myself to run my first half marathon! I created a routine based on a balanced exercise schedule, intuitive eating regimen, and consistent mental elevation practices. This pattern not only saved but changed my life forever.

Steadily, I've incorporated these practices into my daily living and encourage my clients to practice the same. I'm committed to helping give other women the gift of self-belief. Raising earths vibration, guiding women to live their highest quality of life. In August of 2021, I gave birth to my second daughter, which inspired me to complete my Pre/Postnatal Performance Specialist Cert through ProNatal Fitness in February of 2022.

As a trainer myself, sometimes it's the hardest to show up for ourselves and do the work we need to take care of us. So a huge thank you for showing up everyday and inspiring me to do the same, even on my worst days.

You probably think I'm crazy with how often I tell Kayla how much she has helped me! Not only do I feel stronger physically but emotionally as well. I love coming to a welcoming group of women who support one another and are not afraid to show their struggles or successes.

Committing to sessions with Kayla and being held accountable has given me more than physical results. Kayla has given me tips on many areas of my life and even been an “unofficial therapist” when I needed it the most. Thank you Kayla for being my trainer, friend, and most importantly being you!

Kayla has helped me heal my mind, and body by challenging me even when things are more difficult. Kayla has gotten me to shift my mindset and helped me learn to love myself during many seasons of life.
